4/28/2023 0 Comments Driver improvement interview(c) The notice will inform the person that he or she has been identified, through point accumulation, as a problem driver and that if the person does not appear for the interview at the time and place specified or does not contact the department to request a delay, the person's driver's license will be suspended for one year or until he or she appears for the interview, whichever comes first. (b) Upon a determination that a person should appear for a driver improvement interview, the department will determine the time and place and will serve upon the person a written notice of the interview at least 15 days before the interview is to take place. (a) When the department's records show that a person has accumulated a sufficient number of points to be identified as a problem driver, the department will, in its discretion, require the person to appear for an interview before a driver improvement specialist.
